I love using leftovers to elevate basic foods. My fiance wasn’t feeling well earlier this week, so I decided to make him a bit of boxed mac and cheese. I just couldn’t leave it alone though, and decided to use the leftover chili from the hot dogs to kick it up a notch. Best decision ever! The apple flavor infused into the chili add to mac and cheese was beyond comfort food.
