For some reason, I was really craving salads this week and my garden was all out of greens. We were also all out of dressings. No french, no Italian, no Ceaser, which means yes to homemade. This is our hot dill dressing that goes amazingly on a side salad for any meal. It just so happens that these salads went with chicken nuggets, because sometimes you just want to eat dinosaurs for dinner.
RECIPE: Spicy Salad Dressing
Makes 2-4 Servings
Canned Hot Peppers
1) In bowls, pour in salad mix.
2) Chop carrots and top the salads.
3) In a bowl, spoon in some mayo, a heavy dose of dill, garlic powder, and juice from canned peppers. Stir it all together into a nice dressing.
4) Pour over your salad and enjoy the spicy dill flavors.
